HOW TO UPDATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Keeping your address and contact information accurate is pivotal for your experience on the GotoFix app.
They are important information for Service providers to be matched to your location and also for our support team to reach you with timely updates.
To update information, follow the steps listed below;
- Login to your GotoFix app and
- Clicking on the Image Avatar displayed at the top-left to reveal the User Profile page.
- Under the Avatar section where your profile image should be displayed, you will find two button options – Update Profile Image and Update Profile
- Click on the Update Profile option A page with a form will display.
- On this form page you can update the following information; Country, State, Address, Phone Number.
- Fill in the required information on the form section you want to update.
- Once done, click on the Update button that is displayed below your App screen.
