HOW TO DELETE YOUR GOTOFIX USER ACCOUNT
We’re sorry to see you explore leaving the GotoFix platform, we do hope your engagement with us was valuable.
In order to delete your account, follow the steps listed below;
- Go to the GotoFix Provider App.
- Ensure that you do not have any pending bookings or ongoing projects.
- From your GotoFix App dashboard, click on the avatar icon the top-left corner.
- From the navigation options, scroll to the bottom of the list and find the ‘Delete Account’ option.
- Click on the ‘Delete Account’ navigation. A pop-up modal will display the following information;
Are you sure you want to delete the account? No / Yes
Once you are certain you want to go-ahead with deleting your GotoFix account, go ahead and click the ‘Yes’ option.
NOTE; Once you go-ahead to delete your GotoFix account, all registered information with GotoFix will be removed and you will no longer be able to access the app through your login information.
