HOW TO BLOCK HOURS IN THE GOTOFIX APP

Blocking specific hours in the GotoFix app is quick and easy. Follow these steps to ensure your availability is properly updated: 

Step-by-Step Guide 

  1. Open the GotoFix Provider App 
    Launch the GotoFix Provider app on your device and login to access the SP Dashboard
  1. Access the Menu 
    Locate the menu button at the top left of the dashboard and click on the Menu option within the dashboard. 
  1. Navigate to Availability 
    In the menu, find and select the Availability section. 
  1. Go to Block Hours 
    Scroll down within the Availability section until you see the Block Hours option. Click on it to proceed. 
  1. Select a Date 
    Choose the date on which you want to block specific hours. 
  1. Set the Hours 
    Specify the hours you want to block by selecting the specific hour(s) you wish to block. 

Confirm Blocking 
Once you’ve chosen the date and hour(s), click the Block button located below to finalize the process.
