ACCESSING HELP AND SUPPORT AS A USER
You can access help directly from your GotoFix app. While our customer Service representatives are mandated to respond promptly to your service query, in most instance, our trained Bot personnel [Simon], can help you resolve your queries in real-time.
To request for support via your GotoFix Service Provider App.
- Open your GotoFix app.
- Click on the Image Avatar displayed at the Top-Left corner to reveal the User Profile page.
- A list of navigation options will open-up.
- Click on the Help and Support navigation option to open a chat channel with our Bot Assistant [Simon] or a Customer Service Representative.
In coming updates, we will soon have a Call Center option that will enable you reach our Customer service representative directly.
