HOW TO RESCHEDULE A BOOKING FROM THE GOTOFIX USER APP

In another upgrade of the App, the Users will be able to reschedule active booking by the following steps: 

  1. Click on the Cancel button, which will be available on the Pending, Accepted, and Confirmed booking. 
  2. A pop-up to confirm Cancellation or Reschedule booking  
  3. When the Reschedule is selected, you can pick a different time based on the Service provider’s preset availability. 
  4. This is automatically accepted. 

If the Service provider Request a reschedule 

These are steps to take by the Service provider to cancel an existing booking: 

  1. Click the Cancel button, which is available on the Pending, Accepted, and Confirmed booking. 
  2. A pop-up to confirm Cancellation or Reschedule booking will display 
  3. When reschedule is selected, the User will receive a notification to select a new date and time for the appointment. This is based on the Service provider’s preset availability. 
  4. If the User decides to cancel instead of rescheduling, the booking becomes cancelled, and the service provider will be awarded a cancellation penalty.
