HOW TO PAY FOR COMPLETED BOOKING ON THE GOTOFIX USER APP
You are required to pay for the service completed immediately after the job is completed; otherwise, after some time, we will charge the amount to the card used for paying a deposit.
The following are steps to pay for a completed order.
- Go to the App
- Click on Completed Tab
- Select the booking you intend to pay
- Review the invoice. The invoice will deduct the deposit paid. It will also include tax and the Gotofix service charge.
- Proceed to make payment with card details
Once the payment is successful, the booking becomes available on the Paid tab, where you can download your invoices.
Service Charge
This is a small percentage of the total hourly charge used by Gotofix Technologies Inc. to manage the platform. The percentage charged may vary from customer to customer based on location and other demographics.
Gotofix manages and controls this percentage.
