CANCELLATION RULES FOR USERS OF THE GOTOFIX APP

This rule must be considered when the User is requesting the cancellation of an existing booking:  

1. Cancelling a booking at the Pending and Accepted stages is acceptable and does not penalize the User.  

2. Cancelling a booking at the following stages will attract a forfeiture of the deposit paid:  

   – Confirmed  

   – In-progress  

3. Exceptions to the cancellation penalty will be reviewed and approved by the Admin:  

   – If the User requests a reasonable rescheduled timeline acceptable to the Service provider.  

   – If an unforeseen emergency prevents the Service Provider from completing the job. This is at the Admin’s discretion.
