HOW TO RESCHEDULE A BOOKING FROM THE GOTOFIX USER APP
In another upgrade of the App, the Users will be able to reschedule active booking by the following steps:
- Click on the Cancel button, which will be available on the Pending, Accepted, and Confirmed booking.
- A pop-up to confirm Cancellation or Reschedule booking
- When the Reschedule is selected, you can pick a different time based on the Service provider’s preset availability.
- This is automatically accepted.
If the Service provider Request a reschedule
These are steps to take by the Service provider to cancel an existing booking:
- Click the Cancel button, which is available on the Pending, Accepted, and Confirmed booking.
- A pop-up to confirm Cancellation or Reschedule booking will display
- When reschedule is selected, the User will receive a notification to select a new date and time for the appointment. This is based on the Service provider’s preset availability.
- If the User decides to cancel instead of rescheduling, the booking becomes cancelled, and the service provider will be awarded a cancellation penalty.
