Once a Service Provider has accepted your booking request, you will be required to make a deposit and confirm that booking.

The following are steps to confirm a booking, once the service provider has accepted the booking: 

1. Go to the Gotofix App 
2. Select Accepted Tab 
3. Select the booking you wish to confirm 
4. Review the booking and Deposit amount requested 
5. Proceed to pay the Deposit requested 
6. Input payment details 
7. Make the Payment. 

The booking will be available on the Confirmed tab as soon as the payment is successful.  The service provider is now committed to this job and can now visit you to perform the listed services. The Booking will be automatically rejected if a deposit is not paid after some time. 

On the service day, you are required to confirm if the Service provider who arrives at your service address is the person you booked using their Gotofix profile image. If they work with a team, ensure all teammates are listed on the team list of the Service provider.

If you have concerns about this, please reach out to the Gotofix support team immediately. 

You must give the Service Provider your consent to start the Job before they can put it in progress.

This is to avoid any dispute over the number of hours spent on the job at the end.

Once the Service provider Starts the Job, the Job status will be available on the In-Progress Tab.

As soon as the Job is completed please ensure the Service provide End the job on their App, this will make the Job available on the Completed Tab.

When the job ends, the Service provided must specify the actual number of hours spent on the Job. Hence, you are responsible for notifying Service providers if they are going over your budgeted hours.

The service provider will also input any amount of money they have spent personally on materials. If the material cost has already been covered by you, please advise the Service provider not to add it to the app. 

At this point, you are required to make payment for the service completed.
